Building a better tomorrow!

About the Author

Diane David is a health and fitness professional with over ten years of experience in the health and fitness industry.  She is a certified Health and Fitness Specialist with the American College of Sports Medicine as well as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  Diane also holds a B.S. degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Clinical Exercise Physiology.  She has served a diverse clientele ranging from children to seniors, apparently healthy to special populations.  Recently she has spent the last year with a particular focus on exercise programming for cancer patients and survivors.  Aside from specializing in exercise programming and implementation for individual clients and small groups, Diane also has spent a great deal of time designing and implementing sport specific training programs for youth and adult athletes.

Health and fitness have played a significant role in Diane’s life from a very early age.  Growing up in an athletic family, it was only natural to follow the lead of older siblings picking up field hockey, basketball, and softball.  Experiences on the fields/courts combined with a passion for physiology/biology and science have strongly influenced Diane’s path.  Due to having some pretty amazing mentors in her life, she is committed to spreading the message of how living a healthy lifestyle and making good nutritional choices complemented by physical activity can provide many health benefits.
